The Kruskall Foundation supports organizations that help when it matters — funding work with clear outcomes, strong teams, and durable impact.
Four pillars that reflect the Kruskall family’s interests and legacy.
Expanding access, effectiveness, and long-term outcomes for learners at every stage.
Patient-centered care, prevention, and high-impact clinical work that improves lives.
Conservation, stewardship, and environmental resilience grounded in science and community.
Access to music education and performance that strengthens communities and belonging.
We look for clarity of mission, strong operators, and leverage.
Specific problem, specific plan, and a concrete use of funds.
Teams with governance, accountability, and evidence of outcomes.
Programs that can scale, unlock additional resources, or catalyze partnerships.
Direct alignment with our four focus areas and a realistic timeline.

Visit Winter WalkStephen and Margot Kruskall devoted long careers to medicine and cared for patients through moments that permanently changed lives. The Foundation exists to extend that ethic — show up, be useful, and support work that materially improves the world.
The Kruskall Foundation is a donor-advised fund advised by Peter Kruskall, with informal help from Stephen Kruskall, Gillian Kruskall, and Lauren Kruskall. We review submissions periodically and reach out when there is a fit.
If your organization aligns with our focus areas, share a short overview. A submission is not a grant application and does not guarantee funding.
